Shipping
UK delivery is via Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded unless otherwise stated or requested.  Alternative methods of shipping and insurance can be arranged by request. Please just email us and ask.

NOTE: Please allow 21  working days for delivery (UK Domestic. International orders may take longer)

International
Shipping outside the UK is generally posted through the basic Royal Mail Airmail service. A More comprehensive service can be arranged by request.

Returns & Refunds: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If  you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods by e-mail.  99Seconds will issue you with a replacement or if this is not possible, will issue a full refund.

Returns & refunds must be returned to us in as new condition – and must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Clothes must NOT have been worn (other than to try for size) or washed.

To enable us to process your return efficiently please contact us before you make the return. Please write a note telling us what you would like us to do (exchange/credit note/refund). While we ask you to cover the postage of the item back to us we shall reciprocate by sending your replacement/s back post free. Any Goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit and debit cards are refunded electronically to your Credit/Debit card account. Paypal is refunded to your Paypal account. All other refunds are made by cheque.
