I watched the awesome documentary Anvil the other night. If you havent seen it yet you owe yourself and them, to watch it ASAP. It could be the spur you needIf you don’t yet know about the film Anvil, its a rockumentary following the plight of Anvil, a thrash metal band that have struggled for decades to make it in the face of adversary and obsurity. Even if you’re not into metal (shame on you) its a great film to watch and cannot fail to inspire. If you need something to give you strength to pursue your dreams, check this out!
My housemate summed it up as “its basically Spinal Tap, but for real!”. Going with the Spinal Tap reference, check out the part where they’re in a studio where the amps actually DO have dials that go all the way to 11!
