I forgot to mention it was 30yrs ago yesterday (18th May 1980) that sadly Ian Curtis (Joy Division) passed away. His work is a big influence on me so I thought I’d mention it.

Here’s a couple of photos my studio buddy Richard Homer took this week. Stoked on em. Its going pretty good in the studio, working out real well. Rich is currently developing and constructing websites so if you’re in need of having one built or polished give us a shout.

He also needs some new flesh after slipping his pedals at the track last night. Good long shinners. Fortunately beer and wine were on hand to take away the pain.

Solo show at Baristas Coffee Collective

Jamaican Will... sadly for sale

I’m stoked to say I have a last minute solo show on for the whole of February at the much acclaimed Baristas Coffee Collective in Bristol (by Bristol Bridge).

I’m having an opening view / drink tomorrow night (thursday the 4th feb) from 7.30 till 9.30 ish. Come along if you can make it.

There will be original, not previously available work for sale along with some prints. I’m also showing a bunch of skateboards I designed for Lush alongside the original framed artwork.

Inkygoodness Show – Wonderland Preview!!!

Trails and Ales - A3 or A2 Giclee print on quality art paper.

Phhhheeewwww. I locked myself away for 2 wks, quit drinking and going out, didnt ride my bike or pretty much anything else and just got on with the drawings for the show. Done and dusted. I could have gone on forever, but I ran out of time. finished the last piece yesterday the gunned it up to brum to hang my work in the Vaad Gallery. I havent been to the Custard factory for a couple of years and blimey I loved it. Cant wait to get up there and look around on friday. So many cool shops, galleries and studios. … and a bar

Anyway. Yes, so the theme was wonderland and instead of doing some sort of fantasy world I thought I’d document the characters, creatures and goings on down at my own wonderland, the trails! Here’s some previews, I’ll add more after the opening’s been and gone (friday 11th September). If you can make it to the show that’d be sick, the opening party is on friday at 7pm by the way. I’m selling all the originals and some prints. Email me for details if you cant get to the gallery.
