SHIPPING / DELIVERY / PACKAGING
Packaging
- Prints are supplied in card postal tubes or flat mailers depending on the order. (If you need them in a specific format get in touch and let me know)
- All prints are hand signed by the artist.
- We aim to ship orders within 3-5 working days of receipt on product that is in stock. From that point on the transit times depend on Royal Mail’s service. Please note that some larger prints are by special order and will take longer to print, sign, ship and receive. If you need anything quickly or by a certain date please let us know at the time of order or contact us before hand.
Shipping costs
- You will only be charged a single packaging and shipping cost per order. The cost will be for the largest / most expensive item in the order.
- Due to the expense of shipping its often a good idea to buy several prints in the same order to make the cost more efficient.
UK
- Unless otherwise stated packages will be sent via Royal Mail.
- You can choose either Royal Mail ‘Standard’ or ‘Signed For’. Only ‘Signed for’ orders will be covered for loss or damage in transit.
- Free postage (Signed For) on UK orders over £150!
Royal Mail Standard:
- Small Prints – £2.20
- Medium Prints – £3.85
- Large Prints – £5.95
Royal Mail Signed For:
- Small Prints – £3.30
- Medium Prints – £4.95
- Large Prints – £7.05
Europe
Unless otherwise stated packages will be sent via Royal Mail ‘International – Tracked & Signed’:
- Small Prints – £6
- Medium Prints – £12
- Large Prints – £14
North America
Unless otherwise stated packages will be sent via Royal Mail ‘International – Tracked & Signed’:
- Small Prints – £11
- Medium Prints – £14
- Large Prints – £20
Rest of World
Unless otherwise stated packages will be sent via Royal Mail ‘International – Tracked & Signed’:
- Small Prints – £11

Taxes
All customs charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Adi Gilbert / 99Seconds.
